Freedom Credit Union Launches Debit Card Campaign In Time For Bank Transfer Day
Bank Transfer Day is this Saturday, and not-for-profit banks like Freedom Credit Union are becoming a more and more popular choice for people who are fed up with the high fees most big-name banks are charging since passage of the Durbin Amendment.
In contrast to Bank of America’s whopping $5 a month debit card fee, Freedom is launching the “It Pays to Switch” campaign. We recently spoke with Freedom Credit Union Marketing Coordinator, Krista Barry, to find out more about the campaign and what it’s like to be a member of the credit union.
